Nike Management

Nike management has established one of the most recognisable sports brands in the world. Nike marketing strategy has seen the Nike brand go from strength to strength.

Much of Nike strategic management was established by former CEO Philip Knight. His management style of Nike was idiosyncratic. In fact, Phil Knight said of his Nike leadership style that the company was "grown round my idiosyncrasies. They don't even know that they're idioscyrasies any more, and of course neither do I."
