Rank Xerox management has been at the forefront of quality management strategies. A programme of total quality management at Xerox once saw the training of 28,000 employees in the principles and practice of TQM.
As well as Xerox TQM, other Xerox strategies have included the establishment of the Palo Alto Research Center, where many technological innovations and inventions were developed.
