Lawrence Bossidy is chairman of the pharmaceutical company Merck. He was previously Chairman of the Board of Honeywell International Inc and served as Chairman and CEO of AlliedSignal from 1991 to 1999. He is the author of Execution: The Discipline of Getting Things Done.
