Frustrated that the higher taxpayers with salaries over 100,000 do not qualify. A salary of 120,000-150,000 is not what it may seem today. As a single adult who was widowed at a young age, raised 2 small children, worked 2 jobs and put myself through school, I feel things are a bit twisted in our system because I make more $$ than is allowed. I am glad that my now adult children will receive the stimulus package but they will not spend the way the government wants because they will "catch up" on their bills.I feel the $$ being borrowed to "stimulate" our country is going to fail miserably because many who will get the $$ will not spend it the way the goverment wants. Time will tell.
