Too little attention gets paid to establishing the right ‘set-up’ – the way the business is organised and planned to that it can deliver the best results. Consultants can make a big contribution, if sensibly managed by the client. But the latter’s contribution is what really counts. Apart from anything else, that is where leadership lies.
